Burger Villains are getting ready to create burger chaos at Page shops

We have some good news for all of you burger lovers out there, and we know that’s all of you. Burger Villains are coming to Page shops on Saturday 4 June and they’re dishing up free burgers for the first 150 customers.

Burger Villains opened their first shop in a quiet suburban back street in Phillip in November 2021 and they’ve been flipping their popular and affordable burgers to burger lovers in Canberra since.

As their popularity increased, they made the decision to make their way north from the dark side. The team are gearing up to open their second location at the Page shops on Saturday 4 June and they’ll be giving away 150 FREE burgers to celebrate from midday.

If you’re one of the first 150 customers to rock up, you’ll be able to get your hands on a free cheeseburger or the signature Villain burger. If you miss out on a freebie, line up and grab one anyway because they’re worth paying for – trust us!

The full menu will be available when the free burgers are gone and $2.50 combo upgrades will be also be when the full menu is available on Saturday 4 June.

We’re all about The Villain – smashed beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, Villain sauce and American cheese. Add a side of their crinkle cut chips with their tasty seasoning and that’s us sorted.

The signature Villain burger from Burger Villains.

Their menu and the interior is simple but their focus is on providing a tasty and affordable burger that’s accessible to all, rather than an expensive fitout that would mean they’d have to increase the prices.

Where they lack in the ‘Instagrammable features’, they really do make up for in the quality and affordability of their burgers. And we’re here for it – give us a tasty good-quality burger at a reasonable price over a fancy interior.

You can grab a cheeseburger for $9.90 and most of their other burgers are only $11.90. If you’re really hungry and you’re up for the challenge you might want to make an attempt to destroy The Super Villain – double smashed beef, Villain fried chicken, bacon, crinkle-cut pickles, Villain sauce and triple American cheese.

Could you destroy The Super Villain burger?

They haven’t forgotten about the vegans, vegos and gluten intolerant among us with vegan burgers (Australian made plant-based patties), vegetarian burgers and a gluten-free bun available to make their beef burgers and non-fried burgers gluten free.

If you’re looking for a side with your burgers you can choose from perfectly seasoned crinkle cut chips, mozzarella sticks, wings, cauliflower bites or jalapeno poppers.

Look at that cheese pull! Mozzarella sticks are one of the sides available at Burger Villains.

We’re pretty excited to see some more life in the suburbs and Burger Villains is another welcome addition to Belco’s food options.

If you’re feeling thirsty and enjoy a good craft beer or wine, you’re going to be over the moon to know Burger Villains will be neighbours to one of our favourite bottle shops, The Page Bottler.

We all know a burger and a beer goes hand in hand and we’ve spent many hours perusing the shelves in the cold room to find unique cans of craft beer.

The Page Bottler will offer free spirit and beer tastings on Saturday 4 June to celebrate their new neighbours. Now that’s a friendly welcome!

Burger Villains is located at 24/2 Antis St, Phillip and is open 12-9pm, 7 days, and Page shops, open for dinner from 5-9pm, 7 days from Saturday 4 June.
