Love a trifle with a twist? Our friends at Gelato Messina have come up with another indulgent creation. This year their sticky date and toffee trifle will make your Christmas a little sweeter.
So what’s in it? Hold on tight because this is going to set your festive alarm bells off. Layers of caramel cremeux with sticky date and toffee pudding, crème fraîche chantilly and chocolate coated biscuit crumble, all topped with a hand-made white chocolate chocolate wreath.
It serves 20-30 people and will set you back $250.

• 1L bottle of Messina brandy custard
• Assorted panned nuts and delicious things from the Messina chocolate room

The trifle goes on sale at 9am AEDT on 1st November in the ACT and will be available to purchase until sold out.
