Celebrate Canberra’s Winter Wonderland at the National Arboretum and exude elegance in black with a black food themed dinner including the romance of truffles, caviar and rich sweet chocolate.

On Thursday 25th July, Ginger Catering are hosting a Soir Noir that’s sure to be another fabulous event filled with amazing food, beverages and entertainment.

You’re invited to dress up in your best black attire and enjoy canapés, an indulgent 3-course meal with wine, dark beer from local brewery, Bentspoke Brewery. You’ll enjoy all of this while listening to hot live jazz.

One of the main courses is this ash crusted beef fillet with truffled mash, glazed purple carrots + eschallot jus.
