Banana Berry Blast Smoothie

Feeling a little sluggish after too much indulging? Whip up a few smoothies and pack them full of fresh fruits and vegetables. You’ll be feeling energised before you know it! Here’s the recipe for my delicious Banana Berry Blast Smoothie.

What you need:

1 banana (cut into pieces and freeze before using if you want your smoothie thicker)

1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries or strawberries (or some of each)

1 packet of 100ml frozen acai berries (or add more frozen berries)

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp maca powder

2 tbsp psyllium husk

1 big handful of baby spinach or kale

1/4 cup of coconut water or ordinary water (add more if you don’t want it as thick)

What now:

BLEND everything together, pour into a cup and enjoy!
