Chef Jiju Rajappen has worked in restaurants around the world including at the Hyatt Hotel in Tabasco, Mexico. He also spent 10 years working at the upscale Hyatt Hotel in Canberra. His next contract will be in Vietnam but it has been delayed due to COVID-19. So he’s making the most of his time in Canberra and he wants to take you on a culinary journey.

The Dickson Taphouse is ready to open their doors tomorrow, Friday 30th April. Taking over the location that was previously Ducks Nuts Bar & Grill, the pub will have 18 beers on tap and they’ll be dishing up Italian dishes including house made fresh pasta, pub-style dishes and some Asian bites.
