Indulge in an eight course degustation chef’s table experience

Chef Jiju Rajappen has worked in restaurants around the world including at the Hyatt Hotel in Tabasco, Mexico. He also spent 10 years working at the upscale Hyatt Hotel in Canberra. His next contract will be in Vietnam but it has been delayed due to COVID-19. So he’s making the most of his time in Canberra and he wants to take you on a culinary journey.

He’s hosting an eight course degustation chef’s table dinner with only 12 seats available where he will draw on his around the world culinary experience. He will showcase seasonal, local fresh produce to present a flavoursome and beautifully presented menu.
