Where to find Mille Crepe Cake in Canberra

Alternating layers of delicate handmade crepes and fresh flavoured cream create a light, airy, elegant, and oh so delicious mille crepe cake. The crepe cake was invented in France back in the 1800s and is known as “gâteau de crêpes”, however the modern mille crepe cake is said to be created by Japanese pastry chef, Emy Wada. They’re handmade and usually consist of 25 layers so they not only look amazing, but they taste absolutely divine.

The flavours are endless and with popular flavours like tiramisu, mango, berry, durian and matcha usually available, this gorgeous cake will impress everyone with the taste and look. It can be purchased by the slice and you can usually pre-order a whole cake.

We’ve found three places you can find it in Canberra.
