When you feel like wingin’ it…. Where to get chicken wings in Canberra

Chicken Wings

Chicken wings. Delicious bites of succulent chicken meat that easily falls off the bone,  covered in a delicious marinade or flavorsome seasoning. How can something so simple be so moreish? I don’t have the answer to that but I do know that I often get a craving for chicken wings… I recently had them in Banff and they were 6 for $2 or 12 for $4 for a Friday special! Crazy hey? Unfortunately I haven’t found them that cheap in Canberra but I’ve managed to find some good deals. So I thought I would share my love of chicken wings with you! Here’s a list of places in Canberra for you to go when you just feel like wingin’ it…

Shorty’s in the city have the cheapest chicken wing deal that I’ve found. You can get wings for 40 cents each and $4 tinnies all day on Mondays!

Ace High Eatery and Bar in Tuggeranong have the best buffalo chicken wings that I’ve had in Canberra. They are so similar to buffalo wings I’ve had in America and they’re super addictive…. Prices start from 6 for $6 for their plain chicken wings and 6 for $8 for their buffalo wings. They also have sweet ‘n’ smoky BBQ wings.
