Soup of the week: Green soup with crispy lemongrass tofu

I rarely buy magazines anymore especially food magazines. I think there’s a combination of reasons for this. I made this one at Easter so I added some Easter eggs and a bunny. Grated Toblerone or drizzled melted chocolate would do the trick and make it look pretty. I added whole caramello Easter eggs in the filling for the surprise but you could add anything! Pieces of rolo or oreos would be yummy.

Homemade granola

I had a craving for granola this morning and was going to go to the shops to buy some BUT I had everything I needed in the cupboard so I made it instead. So yummy, so delicious and there are so many things you can do with it! It’s also simple and if you buy the ingredients in bulk you can make lots of batches and it can work out to be cheaper then buying it already packaged.  Continue reading Homemade granola
