In November 2020, Canberra hosted the first series of Regional Development Australia ACT’s Food in the Capital sustainable food conference program. They’re running the second series of events on 18^th May and there’s an opportunity for you to see food in action by attending a rural farming or a peri-urban tour that will showcase local producers in the Canberra region.

The Dickson Taphouse is ready to open their doors tomorrow, Friday 30^th April. Taking over the location that was previously Ducks Nuts Bar & Grill, the pub will have 18 beers on tap and they’ll be dishing up Italian dishes including house made fresh pasta, pub-style dishes and some Asian bites.

Canberra’s newest steakhouse is about to open its doors and we think it will more than meat your expectations. The Meat & Wine Co will start grilling premium and dry-aged steaks and serving paddock-to-plate dishes at its trendy Constitution Place location, from Wednesday 21 April 2021.
