She launched Eat Canberra on social media in late-2015 to showcase the amazing food and beverage scene in Canberra. Since then, Eat Canberra has grown to be a trusted source for food and travel recommendations in Canberra and beyond.
Amelia is originally from Queensland and has called Canberra home for 12 years. She spent 8 years working in hospitality as a teenager and started managing businesses at 19. She has worked and studied internationally. She has interned at the ABC and Lifeline, and has volunteered for many organisations including Amnesty International, PANDSI, Australian Red Cross and TedX Canberra.
